Our 6-D Process
Discover
Action: We start by analyzing your 3D files (STL/STEP/IGS) and project requirements.
Goal: To understand your functional needs, material preferences (ABS, PC, Nylon, etc.), and budget. We ensure we are aligned with your vision before the first spark flies.
Define
Action: We run the first shots (T1 Samples) and send them to you (in Australia, USA, or South Africa) for physical inspection.
Goal: To verify dimensions, fit, and surface finish. We don’t move to mass production until you are 100% satisfied with the sample.
Design
Action: Our veteran engineers conduct a deep Design for Manufacturing (DFM) review.
Goal: We identify potential molding issues—like wall thickness, gate locations, and draft angles—and suggest optimizations to lower costs and improve part strength.
Develop
Action: Precision CNC machining, EDM, and wire cutting begin in our Dongguan facility.
Goal: For prototypes, we use rapid technologies. For mass production, we build high-durability molds using premium steel (S136/H13) to ensure long-term reliability.
Deploy
Action: Full-scale injection molding kicks off with automated monitoring.
Goal: Utilizing our 50T–500T machines, we maintain strict IPQC (In-Process Quality Control). Every batch is checked against the master sample to ensure zero-defect consistency.
Deliver
Action: Professional packaging, customs documentation, and global shipping.
Goal: Whether it’s air freight to Sydney or sea freight to Los Angeles, we ensure your products arrive safely and on time. We provide ongoing technical support for your future scaling needs
